I was standing in line at the grocery store today reading the headings on the magazines beside me.
“25 things he thinks when you’re naked” or “6 things you never knew about chocolate cake” or “5 new ways to beat bloating” or ” 3 million ways you never heard of to slim down” etc. etc.
(K, so I made some up.)
Do these things change so frequently that we have to read about them every month?
- Do men see us differently naked now than they did 3 years ago?!
- Is chocolate cake the new arthritis medication?
- Omg, maybe eating chocolate cake is the answer to slimming down and beating bloat. Finally.
I think that they have some of the most creative people that ever existed writing these “new” lists or they are recycling the same information over and over and over and you get get my drift.
If I felt like putting in the time to actually figure out the facts I’d check on past issues but instead I’ll stick with my theory that yes, they do recycle and recycle some more.
We are just silly for buying into it, over and over and over…
Just something I was thinking about today.
