1) keep them simple and easy to remember
2) keep them in line with who you are, you should be able to say them naturally with ease
3) design them for yourself and your true wants/needs, not what you think you should want
4) keep them positive, what you do want. Leave what you don’t want out of it.
Keep using affirmations continuously and eventually you will rid yourself of dysfunctional thoughts and negative thought patterns.
You are training your brain. Remember, repeat, repeat, repeat.
Not only should you say these to yourself but you should write them down, journal them.
Just keep them fresh in your mind and use them often and soon enough you will start to feel the way you are talking to yourself in your mind.
